Name of the project – Regional network of local learning institutions
Project description - This project will improve competencies of adult learners, through modernization of existing and development of new short Adult Education programmes, which will enable them to participate more actively in the labour market especially in the selected Areas of Special State Concern. The project will also contribute to the creation of a regional network through establishing and/or continuation of cooperation between adult education institutions for programme exchange and through their cooperation with local partners, non governmental organisations and other relevant partners, in order to encompass the needs of adult learners.
