The Department for Financing and Contracting of IPA at the Agency for Vocational Education and Training (AVET DEFCO)is an Implementing Body for Component IV of the IPA pre-accession programme under the Decentralized Implementation System of EU funded programmes. The Department was established in September 2007, with the main responsibility of securing efficient implementation of tenders and projects within the field of education.
The Operating Structure is responsible for the management and implementation of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2009, made up of the following institutions:
